These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Wevo Business infrastructure, API services, and associated payment platforms.
1. Master Services Agreement
By integrating with the Wevo infrastructure, you agree to be bound by the specific Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed during onboarding. These terms act as a general framework for platform usage.
2. Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Wevo guarantees a 99.99% uptime for core transaction processing APIs. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to the designated technical contact.
3. Limitation of Liability
Wevo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of system misuse or failure to implement mandatory security patches on the client side.
